Nori's entire frame shudders as she takes a deep breath.
"Yeah... okay. I'll look around with you, maybe there'll be some ghosts!"

Fros walks around the building looking for mattresses/cushions/chairs/couches that look comfortable.

Right, been ultra-busy lately and I still am, but I'll try and fit something in for this after I've gotten some sleep!

Ivan is here! I've written my first post and introduction and I've sent them to MLC for review. I'd really appreciate it if you guys don't do anything major till he's had a chance to respond and till I've posted it That way, I don't have to redo anything to update the post!

The gang splits up, with Rana and Nori looking for general supplies, and the rest (Fros, Kotori, Chinku) looking for furniture.

Fros, Kotori, and Chinku get a little lost, but eventually find their way to a storage area. Since the building itself is mostly used for storage anyway, there's plenty of stuff tucked away. You could get whatever you wanted out of this mess, as long as you don't mind digging around. And, well, as long as the school doesn't mind you using it.

Rana and Nori head a different direction - Nori says she heard there used to be a art club that met on the second floor of the building. They head down hallways and up stairs for a bit, when Nori thinks she sees what they're looking for and runs ahead. Rana senses trouble and runs after her. She rushes past an open doorway, where a hand peeks out from the darkness and grabs her arm, pulling her in. Rana finds herself restrained by a humanoid, arms holding her tightly, and a hand covering her mouth. The room is almost pitch black, but Rana can make out some of the features of the second creature. It's tall and mostly human, except for its face, which is that of a demon.

??? 1: "Well, well. What do we have here? Someone playing magical girl?"
??? 2: "Yes, I do think so. Maybe we should show her the foolishness of her ways?"
??? 1: "That sounds like a good idea!"

Their voices sound feminine, clashing with their relatively gruff faces.

Nori: "Hey, Rana! I found some art supplies! Markers... glitter... big rolls of construction paper... some of those scissors that cut in funky patterns, too. There's even a few bags of balloons! Do you wanna help me take them back?... Rana?"

??? 1: "Wait, the other girl is coming this way."
??? 2: "On it..."

The creature restraining Rana seems distracted now, she might be able to escape.

I think I might need to change the style of rolling I'm doing here. I'll show you guys, but it'll be quickest to show through action. Feel free to post some actions, and make sure to specify which stats you're using for the action. (Unless you want me to decide for you)

Rana struggles in the grasp of the girl and attempts to bite her hand away. The girl's hand is just out of reach of Rana's teeth, so she goes with plan B, a lick. The girl puts up surprisingly little resistance, and lets go of Rana's mouth.

Rana screams and wriggles out of the clutches of the girl, who is busy wiping her hand off on her skirt.

??? 1: "Ew! Grody."
??? 2: "Come on Laefa, stick to the plan."

Nori: "Rana?! Is that you?"
Nori stumbles into the hall, just a few strides away from the doorway.
Nori: "You aren't pulling some kind of prank on me, are you?"

> STR and VIT: Grab some chairs and haul em back to the classroom. Score~
And if I hear any weird noises in this spooky old building, leave the chairs for a second and go check that out. Shouldn't be any weird noises up in here, they gotta get a Weird Noise Permit first.

Also adding a backstory to my char sheet in a bit.

Edited my bit of the world-building to better define MG-Government relations, and added my backstory to my char post.

This and cheerfully whistle while doing so.

Argh! Been so busy lately I haven't been able to finish the char post. I'll have a crack at that when I wake up, it shouldn't take much.
