The Milotic sounds good. Will have to trade some time not today, too tired to mess around with pokemon.
I also want to breed 5IV (HP, Attack, S Attack, S Defense Speed), Lonely (+ Attack, - Defense) Protean Froakie, get a nice strong balance of attack and special attack.

No time right now to breed but will get back to you when i breed one. Assuming 5iv -> Hp,Def,Spatk,SpDef,Spd. I can't remember if there's a way to make sure to get a marvel scale milotic when it evolves from a feebas. If I remember correctly, a first ability feebas will evolve into a first ability milotic. Also bold or calm nature?
