Maybe this thread would be better if it was instead about video game screenshots in general? I have quite a few of those.

Some of them actually look good. Back when I was playing SOTS II late last year, I started naming battleships after RtDs, since the random ship name generator wasn't being so good at the time.



That's probably the best screenshot I've taken, back when I was naming ships after RtDs. SFS Afterworld, one of my many battleships.

I don't have a better screenshot than that of them together, though, since they were split up throughout my empire after that showdown with a random encounter.

I think in that run that I never built RtD named ships, since the random name generator got patched to be decent.

Oh, and this is what the ship past battleship looks like.


A Dauss class leviathan. See those little turrets? They are bigger than the ones on the battleships, just for scale. It was never built, unfortunately, since it would cost the same amount as an entire fleet of battleships. And I kind of stopped playing the game around that point, since it fell out of season.
