Re: It's alright if you cried. I never quite got to the point of actually crying, but many moments in Mass Effect 3 had me going all wobbly. :c Also, the "kill everything" end of Iji, DEAR ♥♥♥♥ GOD. The music in the background really nails it. I don't think i've ever been so close to crying without actually doing it.

The Lion King, it should be obvious when.
Pay it Forward, a great movie with a great morale. Also shows that the world doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ if you're nice and that karma is bull♥♥♥♥.
Castaway, when Wilson goes over board.
Grave of the Fireflies, the whole movie. After the first 10 minutes I was basically crying till the end. And for a good 20 minutes afterwards.
Honorable mentions:
Up, again, the prologue. Didn't quite do it, but I was pretty damn close to shedding a tear.
Edit:
Indeed, Iji was a pretty emotional game. Which is pretty odd and cool considering the gameplay and the artstyle.
