Okay. This tells us several things about Lord English.
1. He's probably a Hero of Time, and probably God Tier or higher at that. Perhaps a Demon of Time. Hero of Time is pretty much assured, since each session needs one of Time and Space.

2. He's something ♥♥♥♥ else. I dunno what, but he can kill God Tiers, which are supposed to only die Justly or Heroically, and getting blasted by an invincible time-demon's laser is neither. He can also shatter the fabric of ♥♥♥♥ spacetime, and kill Horrorterrors. So, he's retarded strong and uses some kind of power that's in a class of its own.

3. I predict a Jackquerel/PMuerel vs English fight, or maybe them + kids vs English. I don't really expect them to win against him.
