Anyone planning on getting it? It seems pretty ♥♥♥♥ wonderful, I loved the first game. It's on Steam, preorder is 20 bucks.

For those who don't know, Torchlight is a dungeon crawler, with all of the necessary elements like randomization and the ability to allocate your skill points and all that. What makes Torchlight great is the moddability and bright colorful graphic style.

I loved the first one as well, and alchemist was my class. Loves the last spell you get in the arcane tree, probably going to go mage again.

I'm liking the look of the Outlander. Dervishing like a baws. I looked on their website, and the four-pack of torchlight 2 preorders also comes with 4 giftable copies of the first game. Runic, you so awesome.

If I get it I'll most likely go Engineer.
Two things appeal to me, hitting things with swords, and summoning turrets and minions and ♥♥♥♥.

Yeah, In TL I was a spell caster minion summoner.

I was a Spirit Armor Destroyer. Wreck ♥♥♥♥ to the max.

Bought it, Playing one again, always thought the dungeons were random, until I ran into the same few again.

The story dungeons were fixed, but treasure map dungeons are random. I think.

All the dungeons that have story related things in them are not random, everything else is.

Spiral knights crossed with borderlands? Not bad.

It's much closer to Diablo than Spiral Knights.
