You can still detonate the C4 after you respawn, which is probably what happened.

Today I reached rank 45, and got my 430th knife kill. I also have about 398 deaths avenged. The dog tags that update with your stats are really cool. The AS VAL seems to be really good, I wish they put like extended mags for it though, it fires way too fast in some situations.


Also I disabled a jet with an unguided tank shell, completely luck though. Skill is too mainstream.

If you'd actally read the patch notes, you'd notice that they're both adding extended mags for the VAL and making tank shells not only disable but downright kill jets/helos on hit.

Nice job though, feels ♥♥♥♥ awesome when you manage to pull it off.

Killing a heli/Jet with a tank never gets old.

Especially when that heli jsut failed to kill you with a strafe run and forgets to fly properly then BOOM it's downed.
Also if you use canister shells you can lob one of those after it afterwards to destroy it.

Does anybody have some tips for helicopters? I can fly them well, I just can't ever really destroy other helicopters and/or jets. Also, I think recon is a pretty cool kit, they snipe targets and doesn't afraid of anything except players with actual guns.

You know what's hilarious?
Harassing bad tank drivers by getting right next to them so they can't hit you, and waiting for them to come out and kill you and then you steal their tanks.

Step 1. Plant C4

Step 2. Jump around like a headless chicken

Step 3. Blow up C4

Step 4. Repeat

Was chasing a Su-35 during a game of Conquest, and I'm not entirely sure how, but I ended up crashing into him. I got the vehicle disabled points, but he jumped out before it blew up, and I lacked the sense to do so

If you play on PS3, forget about it, a recent patch totally fixed how overpowered some weapons are.
Those new DLC shortcuts are kinda annoying, literally EVERYONE in a helicopter now has Laser Painter+Guided Rockets.
Although it's fun to shoot the noobs that buy them thinking it'll make them invincible, I got locks while they still don't know which button pops the flares.
