i believe the NeoSeeker account has my bought copy of CC registered to it. i have the email and the code, if the admin for this stuff could just PM me?

This is a problem we've been having with old accounts not being able to reset their passwords. I'll send you a private message so we can sort it out.
For the record, your CC copy is registered to an email address - the forum accounts aren't related.
