Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim I can run Skyrim on high as long as I have Vsync off with my ATI Radeon HD 4830. Honestly, that's the best card I've ever had. Its old, but it just keeps going and going and is surprisingly powerful.

The Thalmor/Aldmeri are supposed to be covertly supplying the Stormcloaks so that they can take advantage of any losses the Imperial Legions take trying to keep the Stormcloaks under control. Imperials are alright, though certain members are a bit corrupt. I'm leaning towards joining Imperials, though it'd be kind of awkward since I assassinated the Emperor, the Imperial military commander Gaius Maro, and Maro's son. Emperor was actually really cool about being killed, and admitted Maro was stupid as hell for trying to challenge the Dark Brotherhood; I can respect him. The Maros were clowns, though, and I was more than happy to slaughter them.

The Empire would win without the Thalmor supporting the Stormcloaks through supplies, but the Thalmor have to maintain a balance. They're evidently trying to wear down both sides as much as possible. I find Werewolf form to be extremely useful in some cases. The running power attack knocks over everything but dragons and giants, and the sprinting power attack knocks over giants, too. It's very easy to just keep enemies thrown onto the ground and then pummel them before they even get a hit in. Not being able to revert to human form at will is a little annoying, though. It's also very useful for pretty much any quest that requires you to commit murder, as you can go in in Wolf form, kill the target, and run out, accruing no bounty. The howl is really useful, too, as it causes close to everyone to crap their pants and run in fear. There's additional howls to unlock as well, but I haven't gotten any of those.
