TrialPay: IP BANNED?
So I "bought" CC through trialpay, thing is when it comes to the part where I get my code, instead of my code I get "Thank you for purchasing Cortex Command Full Version! Your gift code is: Click here -> Error: Banned IP-number due to spam. Your IP-number is 216.40.254.130. Please contact [email protected] with your IP-number, more info:ArrayGo here and use the gift code above to create an account that will enable you to download the current and all future versions of the game, completely DRM-free: http://licensing.datarealms.com/licensing/newaccount" I went through the transaction on a computer that belongs to my institution, so it was probably my institution's IP that was banned... is there any ways I can retrieve this code and redeem my copy? thanks!

Yes, they directed me back to you "Thank you for using TrialPay and for taking the time to email us. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you have encountered. Unfortunately we are unable to assist you with your concern. You will need to contact the Data Realms, LLC support team directly at [email protected] or http://www.datarealms.com for assistance. Should I email [email protected]? triop.se appears to be the backend host for some of trialpay's services, so I think the trialpay guys are just trying to avoid responsibility here... Contacting realnetworks is out of the question, I already called them

I've visited the link again, but unfortunately it gives me the same message, I think it logs the IP from which the transaction was completed from. I sent an email to [email protected]hopefully they can help

Re: TrialPay: IP BANNED?
I'm doing what I can to get Data to look into this. I haven't heard from him for a while, so he may be away or missing my messages. There's been quite a few people having this problem, so I'd like to see it resolved as soon as possible. Sorry it's taking a while. EDIT: Data said he'd look into it. If anybody is having issues with this, make sure you send an email to [email protected] if you haven't already so he can keep track of who's having issues.

Re: TrialPay: IP BANNED?
Why don't you just get a new IP or login through a third party IP mask?

Re: TrialPay: IP BANNED?
That's obviously something you could do but the problem is this person shouldn't be having these issues altogether. Might have just been from going through the payment process too fast, though, and the merchant regarding them as a DoS bot or whatever else you could do to send multiple requests in a short space of time...
