No, I'm serious. We've got massive ♥♥♥♥ mechas that we use to duke it out, but we don't have a tactical nuke, or a nuclear grenade, or something?
Fire my Hellfire missiles, which definitely should be reloaded by now, at the swarm trying to cut us off. Hit those ♥♥♥♥♥es with concussive shells if they get too close.

Despite your Hellfire missiles being manually activated for reloading, they're reloaded. Maybe you hit it earlier on reflex. Either way, you fire them towards the lizards soon to be in your way. They fly forward in a wave, and impact all along the line of lizards, blasting them to pieces or stunning those fortunate enough to be away from the blast. You also continue running, having fallen behind a bit with your missile attack.

By looking back at the others, you don't see a conveniently placed piece of rubble that your foot gets caught under, and you trip on. Your mech lands hard, and some sort of warning noise in the cockpit starts going off. THAT can't be good.

ARM FUNCTION MINIMAL.
USE CAUTION.

Utilizing your extra limbs, you manage a sort of gorilla gate, leaping forward on your spider arms then pushing off with your mecha's legs. It probably isn't good for your spider legs, but it's easily twice as fast as before.

Despite what Orion said, the Exoneration is a disappointing distance away still. It'll take a bit for it to reach the shore, and even then it needs to lower a ramp for you all. But you'll get some cover fire one it gets within range at least.
