:???: Well the top one is causing all the ones lower down. For some reason CC isn't finding the framework script, make sure you can find it yourself.

well i checked to see it was there as soon as i saw the error, and it was there alright. Hmm. so whats the deal with cortex command not being able to find things? it seems to happen alot, means i can't use quite a few mods. it's often when they ask for a file in base.rte. but those are easy i just copy the files into the rte the mod is in, change the path, and it works... is the not finding files only a mac thing really?

For the third mission, how long is the upload supposed to take? I held out as long as I could, but I eventually died, and I'm not sure what was supposed to happen.

I can't remember if the time for the upload is scaled by difficulty. It shouldn't matter, because setting it to an easier difficulty will make it easier, somehow.

Only the mission 4 plate to fix now. Don't know if I'll ever get around to that.

Mac users:
The first problem is in GlobalLibrary.ini. The reference to CampaignFrameworkLibrary.lua is "broken".

Go to Applications -> control-click Cortex Command b24 -> Show Package Contents -> Contents/Resources/TimesOfHardship.rte/Framework/Scenes/Objects/GlobalLibrary.ini
At the path to the framework library (line 12), there seems to be an extra space on the end (after .lua). Remove that.

Not done yet, as there will be more errors now.

Now go to: Contents/Resources/TimesOfHardship.rte/Framework/Scenes/Scripts/CampaignFrameworkLibrary.lua
Change all the double backslashes to single forwardslashes

Confirmed to work only to the start of the first mission so far.

On permission of Roast Veg, I will upload a Mac-friendly .rte

There should be a global rule in modmaking to use / instead of \. CC for Windows interprets it both ways, but the Mac version strictly uses /

I only have a .zip compressor at the moment, but that shoud be fine for the Mac people I think.

Roast Veg, if you want to integrate the changes, I have only changed GlobalLibrary.ini and CampaignFrameworkLibrary.lua as above. Might be handy to just copy/paste those to a release version for the next update, if there are no more changes to those files. (I do not guarantee them to work with Windows, though I don't see why not)

Attached. Thank you for allowing the modification :) no need to credit.

I was just wondering but what is the first save in the missions.DAT file? No matter what missions I play it still says false.

How do I beat level 1?

I get my brain up to the escape part but the rocket just sits there.

Switch to the rocket and open the doors by clicking. Then open the pue chart and tell it to stay. Switch to the brain and jetpack into the guidelines, finally fly away!

How do I get this to work? no instructions on installation were included so I just stuck the rte in my cc folder.
Unfortunately, when I start the Times of Hardship Campaign all the actors begin shooting at each-other and the menu options do not work.
The read-me only showed how to add factions, not on how to install.
