Post Hey Guys *Still needing help*
Hey,

I just joined up and was looking at this game, it looks very fun :P

But i wanted to know if it was worth the steep £13 price tag? What do i get for this?

Will there be more stuff and gamemodes added later on? Multi-player?

Also I have had a lot of people say i wont be able to run the game... Yet i played the trial, and it seemed to play quite well?
My specs: 1.4GHz solo processor, 4GB RAM, Integrated Graphics...

Thanks!

ANSWERED / DONE. LAST POST OF PAGE 2 FOR NEW QUERY.

The trial is the same as the full game except it is time-limited. I believe the game is well worth the price tag, heck I've got way more hours of fun out of this than games ive spent $80 on. The gameplay capabilities are nearly endless, the community has a lot of good modders that have heaps of additions so that it doesn't ever get boring. By far the best part of it is the completely random things that happen, like a stray dropship part killing your soldier after he slaughtered countless troops wthout dieing.

tl;dr buy it.

...Steep, at 13 quid? I'd say CC is worth it, especially if you get some buddies around. Your processor is going to be the bottleneck, but you can get around that with this guide.

Oh and a few more things... Ive been playing the trial and watching some LP type things on CC. The LP's are from like last year, and they seem to have more objects in game than in the trial... Even though no mods are used? How?

Also are there maps in this game? Is there just 1 map? Or is there multiple preset maps? Randomly generated? Talking about Skimrish here, not campaign...

Thanks again!

Multiple maps are available in a dropdown menu on the skirmish screen.
If there is a LP with more objects, they are probably using some mods. What makes you think they aren't?

Yeah you could, you geta key to unlock full features in the game, can only be registered once but there are "work arounds".
As in register on one computer, won't register on other computer until unregistered on first computer.

The Screen resolution etc is stored in %Cortex Command%/base.rte/settings.ini

Workarounds? Why would you need a workaround? Licensing.datarealms.com has been around significantly longer than you have. Don't subtly advocate cracking the game when there's no need to.

Also, if you buy the game from Datarealms, be sure to download the newest version from the forum topic, not the one from the actual website.
