Quote: Secondary idea is basically a 4 shot revolver pistol that shoots cartridges/grenades that explode into fire-chainsaw-nets, that entangle and shred enemies. Rate of fire will be pretty terrible, damage will be fairly mint.
Thought up partly by me thank-you. Hf with it Geti, ive got the remoded stuff u ded here, if you want me to upload/send it. but i reckon things like that are a bit crazy, i know CC is insane, but explosive gibs at 0 HP on the mobil brain? I dunno it all seems a bit to uhhhh HUGE COLLABORATION to me. I like the idea of having an aray of guns, but not the idea of each gun can eat your soul... BTW new to forums x]

Woot, you're here. Everyone meet a friend of mine, hilariously he goes around with the name Data online. I introduced him to CC, he's thinking about starting modding. Be nice. PM coming your way, I'm redoing a lot of it here now, just about to go to sleep, but i suppose the other script could be handy and save some time.
@whoever was complaining about the laser being a bit vague: added some more density, but there are some problems with it occasionally spawning particles behind the actor. god knows why. should fix it before I release.

 Re: Action Hero Soldier
I have an idea. You have a cloning tank that spawns a new one of these every time it dies. Both the cloning tank and the soldier are brain units.

 Re: Action Hero Soldier
Could you not compress somethin with 7zip and then save it as a .zip? It took me like 10 minutes to figure out that it wouldn't load because there was nothing in the actionherosoldier.rte folder at all, and another 5 to figure out it was compressed oddly.

 Re: Action Hero Soldier
Que? it is a zip. Anyway, will commence reworking this soon. It's horridly overpowered as is, so I need to balance that out. Oh also, tapping the flip combo repeatedly ends in gibbing, I need to make it decellerate the angularvelocity afterwards as well. ...So much to get done, what with zombies1.0 and fixing the mammoth tank's aiming and bleh Better get onto it this week.

0-10, or during the holidays (like now) 3-11. Depends how dead tired I am, though I suppose there is the occasional all-nighter. I'm usually fairly stressed though, when there are deadlines about.

Hedgehog mines? Y'know, you throw a hedgehog on the ground and it hurts ppl that steps on it, or just make them explode in a torrent of sharp little spikes and... hedgehog blood...
Uh nvm forget I said anything.

Yes it is a zip. But zip apparently had problems decompressing it, so I opened it with 7zip and it decompressed fine...

 Re: Action Hero Soldier
Ah. well, I suppose my funny settings made it work funny on some computers. my current computer had no trouble with the uploaded one, though it is running Windows 7, which likely has a more up-to-date built in archive manager. I swear it worked on my other computer though. Anyway, will post progress on this soon I hope.

 Re: Action Hero Soldier
How about a shotgun that shoots hundres of nanomytes that eat away at bodies/brains until their health hits 0 and they gib or fall to pieces in a little mush? THAT would be badass.
Cya in 4 days Geti (:

 Re: Action Hero Soldier
WHAT ABOUT kinetic rocks. Rocks that you throw and hit enemies, sending them flying because of kinetic force.

 Re: Action Hero Soldier
"Kinetic" force is just movement force, fyi. Like, getting hit by something. So yeah, it would do that, but wouldn't send them flying, unless i got silly. Regardless the current incarnation of Badass weapon sends enemies flying happily, so all is well. I suppose kenisis or something could be a power, but with all the jumping and powerful guns and barrel rolls he's doing, I don't think it's necessary. DataLord, maybe in a grenade.

 Re: Action Hero Soldier
Geti, I think he is saying that the above post's suggestion is outright by satire.
And Geti, a grenade like that'd be like the combination of the flamer bomb ( which gets everywhere, but only hazardous in moderate to small spaces ) , and the burn bomb ( ABSOLUTELY INCINERATES within a small radius ) .
