Mission: [Ronin] Citadel
Credits: Poison darts by TheLastBananaAlert code is possible thanks to piipu's advice Many are the clones, very few are ronins. But it doesn't change anything. We can't hide anymore, this time we'll bring some pain in their brain. Clones have a special facility which coordinates their forces across the planet. The big tower near the North pole called "Citadel". We can't destroy it now, but we can easily make it totally useless. Silently infiltrate the tower, and sneak into control center. Upload a specially designed virus into the base's AI systems. Their brain is at your mercy. Cloning vats currently disabled, but the start producing fresh clones when the base is on alert. Do not destroy them, we can't disable the tower without operational cloning vats. Use your poison dart gun to remain unnoticed. Return as soon as the base's systems are infected. Good luck. I believe that this one could be better. I'm still not able to beat it. Be ready for lags on high resolutions and maybe even errors. Please report them immediately. If you have\can make better sprites for screens\background, don't hesitate to offer. Updated: Oct 03, 2012 - V1.0 RC1 compatibility Updated: Jun 06, 2012 - B27 compatibility Updated: Sep 25, 2011 - B26 compatibility Updated: Aug 04, 2011 - B25 compatibility Updated: Dec 29, 2010 - B24 compatibility Updated: Dec 25, 2009 - More powerful C4 with less flames - Alert time reduced - Time needed to start alert increased - Zombie amount reduced - Some wind zones reduced - Added screens with static on final phase - Coalition dropship more accurate - Should be beatable now

OH YES YES YES!!! ANYONE CAN HAVE WHAT I'M HAVING!!!
This is another reason why I like Luigi, he is under-looked, and is pure gold when stalked.

Re: Mission: [Ronin] Citadel
Okay, it's nigh impossible not to be detected. And here is what makes it absolutely horrid, if you get barely within eyeshot BEHIND THEM, they turn around and then set off a 7 minute alarm in one second, IT'S LIKE THEY ARE ♥♥♥♥ OMNISCIENT!!!

Not....One of your easier ones.... Then again, Swarm is the only "easy" mission you've ever made.

Re: Mission: [Ronin] Citadel
Yes, this one's WAY too difficult, specially with the infinite alarms. They should only last until the trooper that started them was killed.

Getting in was easy. Getting out... Is it even possible? I don't really believe so.
Anyway, another cool mission. Cheers, sir!

Anyway, another cool mission. Cheers, sir! Yes, just be a good shoot, and learn how to jetpack and duck like a master.

Re: Mission: [Ronin] Citadel
This. I want this in two-player edition. My play-buddy and I ended up just racing, our haste often resulting in tragic and comedic tripping off of ledges and painful deaths.
Quite an excellent level, and a pretty good place to play a skirmish too. Certainly a 10/10, and a true keeper.
If you intend on changing any part of it, I think that enemies out to drop in on the top via crate, rather than ship. The ships always crash into something, then roll over and kill all its allies.

Re: Mission: [Ronin] Citadel
This is an amazing mission. However, I always forget about the wind at the top of the map, which really annoys me, because I was once about to beat it; I had killed the brain and inserted the viruses, and then I got killed by the wind at the top!

Got killed on my way up by a blunderbuss in the face.
Good mission. I like it. The tower itself is epic, the endless zombies is epic.

Re: Mission: [Ronin] Citadel
Even by using mods I couldn't complete it! But it is quite fun.
