 Freezing at mission start.

Post Freezing at mission start.
Any time I start any mission (mod or not) the game goes to the black screen that happens before the mission starts but it does not go any farther it just stays on the black screen. I have waited about 3 mins and still no response but I checked task manager and it says its responding.

Get rid of your mods that have too long presetnames or increase your resolution.
