 CC crashes when I skip the intro movie

Post CC crashes when I skip the intro movie
I've already had to watch it and it's gotten really annoying. If I don't hit ESC to skip it the game runs fine though. Help?

If you hit escape doing the intro the game shuts down. Just like if you press escape at the menu, press space rather than escape to skip the intro

Oh ok, thanks. I always used ESC before so I thought something was wrong.
