The minor mod compendium sucked, all the good mods were in there!

Plain ini change doesn't make a releasable mod. But your attitude and thread-handling is already better than many other people.

What he means is that it's just a modification of a few values of an ini file, without any sprite or sound changes. So you basically have two versions of the same gun with the exact same sprites and sounds (if it replaced it fair enough, it's modifying how the original works and some may prefer it, but it doesn't). So it's not exactly download worthy unless you want a terrain raping chainsaw launcher as well as a regular terrain launcher.

It can only dig as well as a normal digger, it's not the Neutron Star Chunk Cannon.
