You cannot produce more force types until you have space for them to occupy (the x# bit), but the Research can be put in the queue. The Northern Water Force reaches the USS Bush just as it finishes it's fight with Romania, and the Southern Water Force find that - suddenly - they are surrounded by enemy fighter jets. Luckily, the USS Ford 'magically appears' nearby. Both the Naval Fleet and the Air Force are currently performing a fireworks-stuntplane show for China's citizens and cannot be ready for war this turn. Scientists in charge of R&D are also watching the show and are not working full-time. The Chinese Land Force meets the Ali Mounted Regiment almost head on and begin to scout each other out. Just for everyone's information - if you roll a 1, I don't care if you have anti-atomic bombs or anything, you fail. 2 means a semi-fail. Every unit or force is on equal footing unless otherwise noted (eg Anti-air against planes). Remember this is a silly and simple game and it's getting quite complicated for my tastes.

Back in the USA, the US Department of State and Broadcasting Board show propaganda and patriotic advertisements to get the whole country to assist in the war - and it works. Industrial and Economic Might are in full swing and all production rates are up 150%. The 75th Rangers are deployed to take out Romania and will begin attacks next turn. President Tomaster gets the PM of the UK on the phone and has a quick chat, then again with Japan. Both countries are getting a lot of diplomatic calls and will advise the US on their future actions soon. USS Bush vs Romanian Paradox Helicopter & War Dolphins - Roll 1 vs 5: The USS Bush celebrates on a minor win and - unknowingly - lets a Romanian Paradox Helicopter sneak up on them. It spins up and fires its GAU-8 Rotary Cannon at the deck and destroys another 2 lifts, many crew, multiple jets and damages the hull. The War Dolphins only add to the confusion and kill even more crewmembers. Talwar Rocket Group vs USS Bush - Roll: 3 vs 5-1 Even under the cover of surprise, the ICBMs are still noticed, just not as early as they could have been. Defensive Chaff Missiles are deployed by the USS Bush and all ICBMs are made ineffective. USS Carter Sub vs Romania Dracula Battleship - Roll 3+1 vs 3-1: The Carter submerges and travels underwater as far as it can get to the Romanian Harbour - which is pretty close - and then fire half of it's Anti-Ship torpedoes at the Flagship. With no counter-measures, it takes the torpedoes directly on its side and is badly damaged. It will sink next turn. The 3 Naval Vessels also move back in line to defend Antarctica. The Commodore gets the Japan on the phone and has a quick chat regarding alliances. They are outside the border and attacking will not count as a defensive action. No, but they fly very high in the atmosphere. I doubt your planes can even see them.

But in all honesty, we can detect it on radar or other sensors. If it was really that simple to avoid radar everyone'd be doing it.
