Start making use of the new design for the memory implant.

Start building a "Hive" where people can put their memories for later access, able to be accessed by all before being retrieved again by the owner. Hopefully this will encourage free education and smarter colonists.

Start making our first planet based shipyard. For medium to large ships.

Make Hauser's writing mandatory reading.

Make Hauser automatically continue writing The Mysterium until its done.

Put safety protocols in place for the hive, we don't want this new technology to make a complete hive mind.

What do you mean by divergent? Too extreme memories? or they refused to get the chip?

Caek: The leviathan is equipped with a single LOADS system, with it selected as the main focus it will have Three.
Nicolsax: The Soldier is always training. The longer you leave it the higher the level (Atm Level 5)

Amplify metal resource output; expand mining and refining operations.

Begin mass chemical synthesis, manufacture, and distribution of the new Gungnir-developed drug, not stopping until the disease is eradicated. If there is a conflict for resources with other programs, give the Light Sickness cure higher priority.

Begin development of mass-produced light cannon "swarm" drones that can attach to a ship's hull by the dozen for travel and be deployed at any time for fire support.

minor actions, lower priority
Morale check and population census.
Keep on sphere-building. Call it the Pillbug.
Keep on microreactors.
Keep on Haywire.
Redirect one deep-space probe to Nonopan territory.

The SR1 is on a higher priority mission at the moment, and will be unable to assist us in the up coming battle. However if we you gave me a few more turns, and all the information provided by the probe, I could show you something... nice.

Am I to fight as well, or should I just wait? I am outfitting my fleet with some kickass weaponry, however I am still a small colony.

Nah. The brunt of the assault will most likely be carried by the three original members, although you can pitch in later as an auxiliary force.
