Choose your name.
You get an additional 5 points to distribute however you wish. These can be adjusted between tasks. Code: Select 2 pieces of equipment. These can be exchanged between tasks.

Fire Arcane Machine - burning attacks Wind Arcane Machine - staggering attacks Holy Arcane Machine - heals Code: Basic battle rules:
Attacks and movement occur up, down, left, and right.
Battle time, starts at 1, units with higher initiative go first. All actions have a certain amount of Wind Up (time it takes for the action to be performed) and Wind Down (delay after the action), and the character’s next time to act is moved later based on that amount of time delay.
A target that does not attempt to dodge has its evasion treated as 1 in calculations
A target that does not attempt to actively block has its Block Power halved, Coverage halved, and Perception treated as 1 in calculations. Items with Passive Block (like shields) do not have coverage reduction, but get the other reductions.
Stamina/Mana can be spent to increase your Strength/Mana stat for one action. The maximum amount that can be spent is equal to your base Strength/Mana.

The humans find themselves standing in a large room that looks like an armory - racks of weapons and armor, along with glass-covered shelves holding shimmering card-like objects.
The pale woman stands in front of their group, flanked on each side by a row of life-sized ball-jointed dolls, wearing outfits ranging from knights to nobility to peasants, their faces frozen in eerie smiles.
Director: "For your first task, you will be warped to the ruins of a city, which is currently infested with kobolds. Fight your way through the savages and locate the potion shop, retrieve a healing potion, and then return to your warp location where you will be retrieved.
Double check your gear and body configurations. Once you're all set, you'll be sent off."

After the humans verify their equipment, they're guided to another room. A large circular magic circle sits in the center, intricate symbols and patterns carved into the stone floor. The humans walk to the center and wait.
Director: "Remember - Potion shop, retrieve healing potion, get back to warp location.
Good luck."
A bright flash of light floods everyone's vision, and when it fades, the humans find themselves standing on a circular stone platform at the edge of a forest. About a quarter mile ahead of them lies the ruins of a city - stone buildings in varying conditions, some still standing proud but weathered, others reduced to rubble.
Small, tan-furred, fox-like bipedal creatures can be seen roaming the streets, many of them carrying crude weapons.
It looks like there are three ways to enter the city -
Through the lumber mill district, wide and open,
Through the residential district, a grid of streets and alleys,
Through the empty canals, tight but straight passages.
Your team could split up if you wanted, but that might not be the best decision.
