Charge blaster
Didn't take too long. This was sorta an experiment, I wanted to see what would happen if you put an emitter on a muzzle flash. The result, a charge-up weapon. There's two of them: The Charge Blaster, sort of a shotgun. And the Charge Rifle, more accurate and powerful than the Blaster. They gather more shots for the next round while you don't shoot, but to get it to fire in both directions you have to make the emitter shoot in both directions, this leads to the best effect being them bouncing off the gun upon firing, which is very dangerous for the user. Don't aim down.

Re: Charge blaster
Interesting. looks awesome, Dl'd. W00T first post!!!
EDIT: tried them out. pro: nice sprite, good/creative idea, fun, useful, file isn't horrendously big, inexpensive. con: recoil results in occasional loss of arm.

Re: Charge blaster
I'm gonna leave the game running for a few hours, and see how ridiculous it is.

Re: Charge blaster
I aimed down and it hurt.
I just wanted to see what would happen.
Clever idea. Though the endless charge thing could be a problem. Other than that, it's fine.

Re: Charge blaster
Yeah, aiming down makes the reverse-firing particles shoot out in strange directions and hit you.
