Consider this a PM for sprites:
If you can sprite a craft that fits these guys then I'll use it.
It can be a rocket or dropship. Drop pod is good too
To be honest I haven't even started thinking about a vehicle for these guys.

Why does it have to be organic?
They could have a big clunky metal dropship.
They use laser guns so I would assume they have the technology.

How about they use eggs as drop pods? Someone made a good one with gibs earlier.

No. The eggs aren't drop pods. Brains maybe, but not drop pods.
Eggs raining from the sky has got to be the dumbest idea ever.
That's like dropping a chicken of the roof before it's about to hatch and expecting it to live. Also, the lizards aren't born with armor on.
The only thing I'll use the egg for is a brain or a map object that gibs naked lizards.

Maybe just big eggs that has been made by the lizards? Because Eggs are strong! Put 4 eggs on the ground and put slowly 3 books on it! Still alive!

Their armor is black and sparse so far, so a ship that reflects that style would be cool. I'm thinking a very light and spindly ship, where the team inside are out in the open, sort of hanging off. Sort of like this: Attachment: lizard drophip.jpg

I can make the ship have attachables that are lizards so they can get shot off and stuff like that. Does this even work?
The deformable sprites are already being used for the camo thing. That problem was taken care of a while ago.

ahkay, good to hear. didnt read the 7 pages, my bad.
anyway, for the ships, it would work if they were precoded. like you had a heavy ship, scout ship, whatever else. then you could have the ship shoot the attachables off itself (give them really low gibimpulselimit) when you hit down or something and the attachables gib actors. and make the ship just not be able to deliver other things i suppose. that or be conventional XD
