Cool idea though. I just wish there was an integrated player to CC that allowed for switching of music, or at least a way to change it per scene. Argh! music qaulity blasphemy! and also, this has been done before. it always fails because it's so impractical. an actual music program is so much more convenient.

Re: iPodMod (Now w/ ogg support)
a while ago i posted a picture and description of my first mod in the mod making forum, i am still working on that one.
the reason i post this is because i am still making "music weapons", i have about 50 of them as i write this.

Re: iPodMod (Now w/ ogg support)
50 different styles of this kind of thing, or 50 different songs on different weapons? The first is unnecessary unless they're really awesome, the second is probably breaking the law unless you use non-copyrighted stuff.

Re: iPodMod (Now w/ ogg support)
Really, I think the slo-mo sound effects kill the essence of this mod. Because I can barely recognize certain songs in CC due to the Pelian's extreme laggy fun.

Woohoo it's the same exact mod being remade for the fifth time.
+5 originality to the OP and +10 newfriend points to everyone who thought this was unique in any way.

use lua to allow use of .mp3 as a sound effect create an attached AEmitter, that emits no particles, but plays said MP3 on loop.

i have used 50 different songs on 50 different player-weapons..... every song is downloaded at newgrounds, so i dont think using them in a mod is against the law.....

Umm maybe but wouldn't that mean you are stealing other peoples stuff (unless you got permission)?
