I could and would make this mod in five minutes if I were so bothered.
It's a single weapon that does nothing revolutionary and is not well sprited or coded and as such belongs in the Minor Mod Compendium.

This would be so cool if it shot heaps of fish, each a different colour, at high speed. But it doesn't, so No DL.

The Fishys change color, just slowly. The way it works is that the gun shoots a rainbow Fishy which spawns a whole lot of other fishys.

Please, in future mods, do not post a a movie that has frame-by-frame images. If you want, I'll make a Gif for you I'm gonna see what this mod really is Edit: I'm very sorry, but after using this mod, I see that the only thing unique about this mod are the fishy sprites I'd try to make some unique explosion effects, not using only the effects used in regular grenades.(look in base.rte or make your own ) Also, The first fish(Rainbow)seems to only emit the red fish. Oh, and about that, I'd make it emit more, because it emits only about 1 per second. If you'd like me to explain in detail, I would be glad to tell you how to make a real mortar(look here for examplehttp://www.datarealms.com/forum/ ... 61&t=11407)

Now, see, if you'd read the stickied rules of the Mods forum, then you'd know not to post your first mod. Obviously I need to update the MMC to make it clearer what should be in there. I'm glad that you posted this in Mods, because now I realize the 'under an hour' constraint does not work because of the 'million monkeys' factor; a more experienced modder (Grif) could indeed make this in far under an hour, however a new modder could not.
