3DS or normal DS?
Megaman Zero Collection is great if you like Megaman and the number before 1.

I can attest to this, the Megaman Zero games are my favorite Megaman platformers. Be warned, 1 is hard as ♥♥♥♥. Like, the hardest Megaman game hard.

The ♥♥♥♥ are you on about, I had no trouble with 1. You just gotta grind the saber to max level and you're set for the whole game.
I had more trouble with 2 because of the swinging sections and ♥♥♥♥

I had about an average amount of trouble with it for a megaman game too, but everyone I talk to tells me it's the hardest megaman game. I think Megaman & Bass is the hardest, but I was a children when I played that.

Megaman and Bass is definitely the hardest I've played.

Let me try and remember my favorites...
Custom Robo Arena
Mario Party DS
Super Robot Taisen OG Saga: Endless Frontier (gets a bit silly on the fanservice occasionally but I enjoyed the game itself more)
Chibi Robo: Park Patrol
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia (pretty big difficulty spike from Aria, be warned)
Animal Crossing: Wild World (though you can only really play this or another AC once, it gets old real fast)
Contact
Cooking Mama (Any of them, though 2 and 3 are more difficult than 1)
Elite Beat Agents
Phoenix Wright (Any of them)
Rune Factory (I recommend playing 1 more than 2 or 3 but they're all pretty good if you're into Harvest Moon type games)
Infinite Space (pretty neat ship building but rather difficult at points)
I'm sure there are more but I can't think of them at the moment.

I also recommend Rhythm Heaven and any of the WarioWare series. Ghost Trick is also a lot of fun.

In addition to all the other great games that have already been mentioned, I'm enjoying 9 persons 9 hours 9 doors.
