This game is heresy. Most here are probably too young to have played the original Syndicate, but this game is nothing like it. It's just a standard shooter. I would have liked a remake of the original. A lot. If done even half right it would have made a great game. I vomit on EA.

It's not a sequel per say, more of a FPS game set in the same universe. If you went into this thread and expected the syndicate of 1993, I understand why you're dissapointed.

I was already aware of the oncoming heresy that is this game. Just sharing with the world that EA is filth. First they drag the name 'Origin' through the mud and now this. It's like they're on a crusade to remind the world what bastardly deeds they did back then.

Oh yeah EA really needs to sit down and have a long talk with itself regarding its image. Starbreeze's the studio making this though, EA is just the license holder.

I totally agree with you there, i loved "Syndicate Wars" haven't played "Syndicate" that much. I hate the trend developers take those days (make everything FPS), first they butchered X-com now this...

Most certainly did not. New syndicate is not a 2d game, it's a FPS and if you'd actually bothered reading the thread you'd understand what I'm talking about.
