Backstabbing people with Pain Trains is always fun.

Yes, do you?

Spy cannot backstab with any other weapons than the knives, if he gets any other melee weapon they do not get the stabbing function.

In return he gets regular melee damage and random crits, but no stabs unless its a knife.

Gotta love scout + flamethrower

Yes, I do. And I've gotten plenty of backstabs with random weapons, I don't know where you're coming from.

Then thats a new feature, or something specific to the one randomizer server you go to.
I've never been able to backstab with other weapons than knives.

How does a Pyro out damage a Heavy?
Unless hes real crappy, impossible, unless you sneak onto him ofc.
If you met a single good Sniper your whole day is ruined, no matter what class you play.
Demoman wins.

I could never use the Backburner, airblasting is just too useful. ♥♥♥♥ up sticky traps, being invincible to Soldiers, Demomen, Huntsman Snipers etc., being able to put out allies, and keeping my victims from escaping. That's just too much to pass up for being able to W+M1 more effectively and instakill people from behind.

No, not at all.

A Heavy in the very face of the Pyro does like triple the damage of the Pyro if his minigun is ready.
A demoknight can do fatal damage and even one-hit Pyros, and survive afterburn.
And even Soldiers can outdamage Pyro in close combat, as a direct rocket in close combat does 150+ damage, and is harder to reflect.
And since you said everything I am gonna list the Sentry Gun here as well.
