 Animated Scene Background with background sounds?

Post Animated Scene Background with background sounds?
Just got this idea and i thought that i have to share this one...

Pretty simple...I just want to ask,if its possible to make Animated Background in scenes...from long distance,it should add good atmosphere to whole game,and new look....Thanks for answer
