That would be because most of the forum is in the 'States. There are less than ten Aussies (AFAIK) on the forum.

Count me in. It really sucks when all the Americans are asleep, nobody does anything. I guess us Aussies are like night stalkers to them. We could do anything we want to the forums while they sleep...

Any-who, I like the drawing, but I can't think of any practical application of you sketching scenes, unless your going to make them. Please make them.

Also.

Theres a simple mission maker IN cortex command, and if you want to take it further then just sprite some environment objects. However, make sure any sprites you make are in pallette and have the same 3 different image types (fore, back and mats). If you're unsure have a look at the default scene object sprites.

Yeah, I already know all that, but there are problems with your ideas.
1. I can't sprite to save my life
2. I want to be able to, well... have abient sounds..
3. couldn't be bothered to actually do anything. I suck at making objects.
