So I made this map

But I dont have a clue how to make it work so that I could get it in the game.
And I've tried all the tutorials I could find but I can't get none of theme working...
Could anyone help?

Okay, first thing:
You know the shaded area? Do you have a background for that?
Also, try making a copy of grasslands.ini with that terrain instead of the grasslands stuff. Looks good by the way. But it's also kinda small. Remember there's no scale in CC, what you see is what you get. If you make a map 500 pixels wide, it'll be 500 pixels in game.

Hmm... For some reason CC is not even loading the maps .rte...(by the way the map is bigger but the uploading site made the image smaller.)
:(

Can you post your mod here or pm me so I can take a look at it?

I advise just taking an existing mod with maps and replacing their .bmp file with yours. Make sure you paste your image into a "paletted" image- i.e. one that already works ingame. Then rename the file and you've got a working image for a scene.
Also, keep in mind that grass and plants are added in your "MyMap.ini" file. there is a whole thing about terrain frostings that will do grass for you. However, it only adds it on top of the topsoil material (I don't know the rgb values off the top of my head, but it looks a lot like the dark brown dirt)

Good luck with your map.

I was going to do this for you, but then I looked at the size of the map. Now I'm not.
