Post Scene/Material Palette
Due to people never figuring out that there is a different palette for scenes and they can never find it, I offer--in my generosity--the scene palette. (Or I should say, material palette)

NOTE: This is ONLY for use on scene TERRAINS and MATERIALS. The terrain files of scenes and material files for bunker modules are the only things that use this palette. Everything else uses the palette in Base.rte.

no, that is the standard palette. I think he had uploaded the material palette, but the attachment failed when the forum went down.
