AI Upgrades?
Hey all - Since AI is too short of a term to search for, is there any way to make the default AI actors acquire targets and attack faster? I want to have a more aggressive AI, but when you can basically stroll right up to everything but a dreadnaught (and those too sometimes) and knife them in the back of the head, it gets kinda old, and makes life less challenging.
I would also like to know if you can make it so the AI can see farther (IE dummy with a sniper rifle not engaging until the player is 10 ft away.

Re: AI Upgrades?
How far the AI can see is determined by their view range. I forget the exact variable, but it's defined in Actor code. Think it might be AimDistance.

Re: AI Upgrades?
It's technically possible to do AI coding (at least reaction coding) with Lua.
If there were an AI state of "has target" that we could read, you could then control aiming and shooting with Lua quite easily.
