 rain in cortex command

Post rain in cortex command
I would like to have a way in which cortex command ... and if rain water may accumulate, this would be a great contribution to the beautiful game :grin:

There have been a few scenes with rain in them, and the Coming of God mod or somesuch had a rain effect. The only problem is that cc has no water physics.

Not sure if it works with 1.0, but I don't see why it wouldn't.
