just had my pc rebuilt and now I'm re-installing programs and cc is giving me trouble. the message I'm getting:

Error opening file for writing:
c:\Program Files(x86\Data Realms\Cortex Command\Cortex Command.exe ...

you know the rest. it wont let me retry or ignore. I have windows 7 and nothings really changed other than my graphics are now integrated into the main board. also the install is new from here in the forums so it's not because of and old exe file. any ideas of what I can do to fix this? or what's going wrong?
