i have a (not so old) laptop but whenever i start cc from steam or non steam i get a really weird pink screen that makes the game unplayable. but when it doesn't give me the pink screen cc lags Way to much, is there anyway to fix this?



p.s i have another desktop computer that isn't so old either and has a worse graphics card/processor then my laptop and it runs cc with no trouble at all!



btw, my laptop is a gateway running windows 7

DVD-Super Multi DL drive

I get this as well...Havent been able to play a game I payed 20$ for for a year because of it >_>. It worked fine before I got the hard-drive replaced.

Specs:

AMD Athlon II P360
4G RAM
AMD Mobility Radeon 4250
Windows 7

Keep in mind that It worked before I got the hard drive replaced...

EDIT:
Tried reinstalling it and hasn't worked.

Change the setting.ini file to a different resolution. Just fixed mine today by doing this.
