| Post subject: | Can't test in Game Editor |
Cortex command crashes every time I to do 'Test scene' in Game Editor. I currently have CC 25 (From the Humble Indie Bundle). I tried: -Installing CC to My Documents; -Installing CC to my other disc D; -Installing CC to Desktop; -Unplugging ALL of my USB devices (im on a laptop); -Remowing the read-only thingy from properties (however when i click properties again it still shows it marked as 'read-only'); My PC: ------------------ System Information ------------------ Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 System Model: Inspiron N5010 Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU M 480 @ 2.67GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.7GHz Memory: 4096MB RAM Available OS Memory: 3958MB RAM Page File: 2561MB used, 5354MB available DirectX Version: DirectX 11 --------------- Display Devices --------------- Card name: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc. Also tried to run the game on an older laptop with integrated graphics card and Win7 32-bit and I still get this error. |

B25 seemed to have broken the editors, Actor Viewer and the Scene Editor seem to be the only ones that dont work. Gibbing Editor works and I haven't tried the other one. |

Oh thank god, it wasn't just my game messing up... so what now? Any quickfixes for this? |

Use an older Build of CC. |

You can download B23 from the main site, simply follow the regular download links. As a registration key use the free key scancode listed in the "News From Licensing" thread. |
