| Post subject: | Linux Installation Instructions? |
I just bought the Humble Indie Bundle 2, and downloaded cortex_command-amd64-installer-build24.bin but I don't know what to do with it after that. I'm on Ubuntu 9.10 and I believe my architecture is amd64. |

Do the following: - Rightclick the file you downloaded, go to security, select the checkbox "allow execution" or something. - go to terminal, go to the directory where the file is eg "cd Downloads" - type "./cortex_command-amd64-installer-build24.bin", and your done. An installation wizard pops up and helps you isntall it. - Afterwards, to go applications --> games --> Cortex Command, enjoy. |

Hello I get the following error when trying to launch the installer: NOTICE: Initial Lua setup failed. Cannot continue. What do I do? |

ok, i manage to install it. but how to uninstall the .bin files then ? i use ubuntu 10.10 64bit. |

From what I hear around you'd be better off by running the windows version through wine. |
