Um, shortly after downloading sneakymax's mod manager, i lost the ability to launch cortex, it gave me this:

I need this file again.

Also: are these files supposed to be there? i never noticed it before.
- Cortex Command.exe.manifest, and
- Microsoft.VC90.CRT.manifest

I STILL DONT HAVE THE FILE BUT NOW ITS WORKING!!!
WTH!!!!
