under start > all programs > accessories on your computer. most modders just use notepad and paint. others use notepad++ and gimp or photoshop. srsly, all you need is a text editor and a graphics editing program that keeps the current palette of an image. |

...I see, thanks! My response to the quote in your siggy: RLY HAV U TRIED?!!!11 ![]() ..But seriously, I think it can work online, but only for really high end computers or REALLY great synchronization with less math involved. But I digress. What would I use to help me debug mods _while_ Cortex Command is running? All I need is a link to something that can help ![]() Thanks! c0w out. |

You get to exit CC, fix what CC tells you doesn't work, and start it up again. The neat thing about CC is it will only load things it know it can load. If you tell it to do something wrong, it'll set you straight. |

Actor viewer can reload things in the same ini files are the actor and anything referenced by the actor. |

but that doesnt help with dubugging .ini files, because if something is wrong it will still crash. to reload lua scripts on everything though, just put PresetMan:ReloadAllScripts() into the console. please note it will not reload scripts for objects that are on the map currently, you'll have to place another one of the object. |
