Post subject:  How to install mods? (I feel really stupid asking this)
I havn't played CC in a long time, cause in build 22 the mods I got didn't work, the controls didn't work, and the game itself sometimes doesn't work. So i was really happy that build 23 came out.. Until I found out that I forgot everything. So now I'm asking again, how to install mods.
After I open the ziped file and try to extract it, I get an error message. Help! Sometimes it says it can't create the directory, and sometimes it doesn't tell me whats wrong.



Edit: I FIGURED IT OUT!!! ALL I HAD TO DO WAS TO TURN USER ACCOUNT PROTECTION OFF. CRAPPY VISTA

:-o Vista, heh. You sure picked the right O/S to install an Indie game on. Each new version of Windows nowadays just seems to try and stop idiot users from messing with the wrong files. And, really, who can blame them? There's a thing in APC (Australian Personal Computer) about 'end users', and some of them are monumentally stupid. One of them, for instance, spends the whole time explaining that his keyboard won't work, and then eventually just mentions that he spilled coffee in it. :roll:

Anyway, enjoy your mod, and pray that Windows 7 is better than Vista. :wink:

It is. CC works good with Win7.
