 Abortion Error

Post Abortion Error
When I try to run Cortex Command on my computer this pops-up:

Abortion in file .\System\Reader.cpp, line 530, because:
Could not match property in Base.rte/Settings.ini at line 183!
The last frame has been dumped to 'abortscreen.bmp'

Help is really appreciated! Thanks!

You need a new Settings.rte... Reinstall and back it up, some mods tend to eat it sometimes...
