  RTE aborted (x_x) (edit)abortion in file .\system\reader.cpp, line 530 because: referring to an instance ('tut stairs') to copy to copy from that hasn't been defined! in base.rte/scenes/war.ini at line 10! the last frame has been dumped to 'abortscreen.bmp'
if anyone can tell me what to do that would be much help because right now whenever i start CC it crashes  the scene isn't in base.rte or i don't just know what to look for...  Last edited by pepsicola? on Mon Feb 23, 2009 2:55 am, edited 3 times in total. |

Create an RTE file of your choosing. paste war.ini in the new RTE. Remove war.ini from base.rte Create an Index.ini in the new RTE, that adds war.ini... TutDoor is in the tutorial mission, which isn't in base.rte, thats all... your new scene used objects from a later rte... |
