Whenever I try to go to the DRL licensing page, instead of pulling up a log-in screen, it automatically downloads a file called "Download". The file type is just "file" and when I try to run it it asks for a program to open it in, then goes back to the "Are you sure you want to open this file window", then back to the "What program would you like to use to open this file" window.

So essentially it's a useless file that does nothing. I can't download the game because it keeps downloading this file. What's wrong with the site?

Same happens to me, would love an answer.
