Every time something relating to the forums expires (domain name, server things) I go poke Data about to get things back up, but I feel like we've really reached the point to let DRL finally rest in peace.

I've already created an archive of the forum here, and have disabled new user registration until further notice.

If I can, I'll try to talk to Data about acquiring the datarealms.com domain to direct to a web-archive of DRL so I have control over renewals and such. A memorial and tombstone for our beloved DRL.

I think this has been a long time coming. Better for the forum to go out in a well-archived state than to have something expire and just never make it back up.

Looks like I came to check on the board at the right time, huh.

Well, been gone a while, but this was a cool place when it was alive and well. I'll be sad to see it go. Got a lot of fun memories in these pages.
