Re: Post Your Desktop II (humorous phrase here) It constricts your ability to see what windows are open, gives you a negligible at best improvement on your wallpaper, and if you're freaking out about how Windows looks anyway then why the hell haven't you just gotten Rainmeter or something?

Re: Post Your Desktop II (humorous phrase here) Uh.. no, it doesn't constrict anything. If I want to see what windows are open, then I'll glide my mouse to the bottom of the screen and look. And why would I just look anyway? What's the point in just LOOKING?
I don't use rainmeter because I don't care.

Re: Post Your Desktop II (humorous phrase here) You have to make an extra motion down to the bottom of the screen and the bar has to pop up, rather than just looking down normally. And I look all the time.

Also it helps for certain things to catch my attention, like Skype/Steam messages, or game invites.
