Most excellent! Although I noticed a little bug. When a harpooned actor stays in the air for too long, the harpoons gibs and leaves the actor stuck there. Then the actor just shuffles its feet like crazy.

First: Pinning things! Yay!
Second, criticisms. First off, it moves way, way slow for something that's supposed to impale people. Second, it doesn't lose any momentum after catching someone, which isn't very realistic. Is there any way to attach it to an actor instead of attach an actor to it? Third, it can vacuum up and superimpose several actors in a row, which is just weird.

I don't like the health drain, but, I could easily cut it out.
This is great, and apparently you can skewer many people with one harpoon!
