if there's a way i can prove i bought this game without giving up my precious number i'll submit if it means i can get some help. i mean data must be working on something that only needs internet validation once

Did you buy the game through Steam or something? I ask because I bought a regular code a few years ago, and once I've activated the version of CC on my computer (I have one B24 and one B23 at the moment, both activated), I can run it whenever I want, internet connection or no.

You mean that the game is slow. It's slower in B24 than B23 for me also. Not much you can do about it.

You can, I suppose, at the very least play on the lowest resolution setting. I do that anyway though because I prefer front row seats in the theatre of bloodletting.

If B24 runs slowly for you, then B23 isn't likely to run much or any faster.

That's really weird, because B23 definitely seems faster for me.

It might be that the maps I usually run on B23 are smaller, I suppose. Do you know what the major factors contributing to slowness are?

Stuff. Map size (more terrain stuff), actor count (MOID stuff), and flying ♥♥♥♥ (displaced terrain/gibs stuff) will all increase lag.

this is funny cause i never complained about b23 being laggy, it's fine.


im not nitpicking in b24 there's a terrible lag spike every 5 seconds and makes the game pretty unplayable.


i don't understand how b23 can be fine but b24 whoores my system twice as much
