The problem with the "Nuts!" difficulty is that, unlike in all others, no enemies survive spawn long enough to reach your base.
Really surprised my computer didn't croak on that one, though fps did dip to about 5. Alternative Skirmish, didn't klll anyone personally aside from some explosives placed at start.

When you try to take one step and you leave a crater in the metal-reinforced concrete floor, that may be indicative that you've equipped way too much extra ammo.

Those moments in CC where your soldier does the most badass pose ever and then stops because of CC's dumb physics. Caught my guy crouching and posing in the best way possible.

Re: Epic CC moments
After a long and hard battle in Alternative Skirmish, my brainbot needed to escape, but I was out of funds.
I needed to steal a digger and dig through the right side of my base, all the while fighting off the AI.
Finally, I had more than enough cash to buy a rocket or five. I hurried up the makeshift stairs I designed my base with, fighting enemies that came in through the sniper nest. Unfortunately for me, a browncoat was able to shoot my brainbot down to 3 hp.
I used a grenade that I luckily grabbed from my last victim to blow him up. I was running out of time. I ordered a rocket early, but as I walked the last few meters, it was shot down. I was down to 2 hp by then. I quickly ordered another, positioning my brain as far left as I could. The rocket came down, I quickly selected it, and...
My brain keeled over, dead, seconds away from entering the rocket and blasting off into victory. Epic fail.

I finally understood how to use Kettenkrad's General Industries' C-2:
Though, in the original moment it looked much better.
