Haha, thanks for the video. I never imaged Borno as Scottish (or was that Irish?).

Re: Prison Escape: Episode 3
It's hard to watch a video of a crazy man playing this game while screaming and using weird accents.

I think his video was pretty cool. I really laughed a lot to your comments and wierd accents. And your girly screams

Re: Prison Escape: Episode 3
What horrible things will happen if I edit the mission scripts to allow resolutions other than 640x480? That resolution causes CC to crash on my machine for some reason (probably because I'm running it thru Wine).

There'll just be one or two visual bugs in cutscenes, as well as some awkward invisible walls. It's entirely playable, though.

How do you do it. Amazing. It's a bit short, but damn, what a lot of work this must have been. My compliments. Are you a donor? If so, can I have dibs on your brain?

I intend on using my brain until it's been fried to a crisp. Sorry. Also, in case anybody is curious, the creation date on the folder for this tells me I worked on it for about 8 days from start to release.

Late to the party, but played it when it first came out and... Yeah I'm pretty sure I yelled "Holy ♥♥♥♥" when the battle started. WHY YOU LAUNCH FIONA THOUGH, TLB? WHY YOU DO THIS?

Re: Prison Escape: Episode 3
I played it. It's well made for what it is, but I didn't enjoy it much. There are no choices (of weapon, actor, strategy, anything) to be made in attacking the boss, you just dodge its attacks and shoot it until it dies. It's way too scripted and misses a lot of opportunities for open-ended gameplay. Kudos for making the cutscenes/dialogue skippable, though.

Re: Prison Escape: Episode 3
Fair enough. The point of this was to do a fully-scripted boss, somewhat reminiscent of a 90s game, but I can see how that could come across as clashing with rest of the game to some.

Re: Prison Escape: Episode 3
Yeah, it was very well executed. It's cool that CC is flexible enough for people to make all kinds of missions.

Re: Prison Escape: Episode 3
Like Torrent, I'm late to the party, and I just now played through all three episodes. I must say that was the most well made series of scenes I've ever played. The first two play very much like exodus, just not so ♥♥♥♥ hard. As for the boss, though as has been said already, it plays like a megaman/'90s game style boss, some of the attacks were quite unique to CC AND to the style of this boss. Bravissimo!
